Mr. Jonathan Friedman, MBA, CPC, CEO & President at PRN Advisors, has over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, finance, physician management, healthcare information technology, human resource evaluation and management, systems management managed care, logistics for a variety of specialties in multiple healthcare settings.
His entrepreneurial background in growing organizations in healthcare expands to organizations including Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, Somnia Inc., NRAD Medical Associates, AdvantageCare and several of his own businesses he built and sold to investors. Mr. Friedman has served on boards in leadership posts for the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
He is a nationally recognized speaker and publisher. Mr. Friedman holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Baruch/Mt. Sinai School of Medicine and a BS in Accounting from Albany. He also holds certification as a Professional Coder and Healthcare Financial Management.
Anthony Patane, PMP
Information Technology Advisor
Anthony has over 20 years as a 'hands on' IT Leader for small/medium sized to multi-billion dollar companies including several large Hospital systems, one of the Northeast’s Healthcare leaders in Radiology and multi-specialty practices as well as a national Anesthesia company. He is Six-Sigma certified and holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
His breadth of experience working in various business markets including Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Finance has enabled the ability of several organizations to expand its IT capabilities and continue to build an infrastructure to accommodate the growing needs and ensure alignment of strategic initiatives. He currently serves as Information Technology Advisor for PRN Advisors that serves as a performance improvement partner across all organizations in Healthcare.
Anthony's recent projects in healthcare includes: implementation of several Electronic Medical Records (EMR) solutions including Epic and ADS, developing and execution of HIPAA security audits and system design, integration of business-wide applications (clinical and business), enabling a virtual environment for improved provider efficiency, infrastructure designs and standardization, and strategic development. He has helped with Meaningful Use attestation efforts for providers that included reimbursements of over $2 million dollars
Geraldine McGinty, MD, MBA, FACR
Dr McGinty did her Medical training in Ireland at the National University and then came to the USA for residency at the University of Pittsburgh. Her fellowship was in Women's Imaging at Mass General. While working at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx she completed an MBA at Columbia University. She has volunteered in Economics work for the ACR for more than 10 years, serving in the past as an advisor to the CPT Editorial Panel, the JCAHO and the National Quality Forum. She is currently the Chair of the ACR's Commission on Economics. She was until 2013 Managing Partner of a 70 physician multispecialty medical group on Long Island and recently joined the faculty at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City.
Denise A. Lascar, MN, MBA, MHA
Denise Lascar is an ambulatory perioperative specialist with demonstrated abilities in practice administration, patient care delivery models, staffing, education, and construction and development of ambulatory healthcare facilities. She has 40-plus years in the healthcare arena, with extensive experience working with ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and physician practices. Denise currently serves as practice administrator and COO of Ruff Plastic Surgery in Washington, D.C. She is chair of and legislative liaison for the Medical Group Management Association's (MGMA) Ambulatory Surgery Center Assembly. Denise also serves as president of MGMA's Washington Area Anesthesia Administrator Group and serves on the advisory panel on the Ambulatory Payment Classification. Her previous positions include president of MedStar Surgery Center and CEO of DAL Associates, a healthcare operational efficiency consulting firm.
Kevin Zacharoff, MD, FACPE, FAAP, FACIP

Dr. Kevin Zacharoff is the Vice President of Medical Affairs at Inflexxion. He is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist with over 20 years of clinical practice experience in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He is an active faculty member and clinical instructor at the State University of New York Stony Brook School of Medicine, and Emeritus Medical Staff Member of St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center, and is a Fellow of the American College of Physician Executives, the American College of International Physicians, and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Zacharoff’s work as an educator has also included speaking and presentations at national pain meetings since 2003, and he has co-authored a number of articles and books on the subject of pain management. His work at Inflexxion includes oversight of the NAVIPPRO intervention and prevention programs, including the nationally-recognized websites, www.PainEDU.org, a website directed towards healthcare professionals with the mission of improving pain treatment through education, and www.painACTION.com devoted towards educating chronic pain patients.
Barbara Bourdeau, RN, MBA

Ms. Bourdeau is a nationally recognized clinical operations advisor with 20+ years of experience with private practice, large multi-clinic groups, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers. She has extensive expertise in management of Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine, Ophthalmology, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Oncology. Practical expertise includes; revenue cycle enhancement, human resource management, patient flow and facility productivity, and organizational change management.
Ms. Bourdeau holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is a licensed Registered Nurse. She is a Principal and COO of Éclat Investments, LLC.
