My Origin Story

After my first endeavor of spending 12 years growing a healthcare organization nationally, I was asked to assist a practice consolidate, expand its physician membership and transition into a local healthcare network. This one instance would lead to over a decade of working with healthcare organizations of various complexity and size to help them realize their goals, intimately working with physicians and administrations across the country and even overseas. I became this “accidental consultant” and started PRN Advisors.

Throughout my career I have always worked remotely, managing locations nationally and workforces dispersed nationally and abroad. This skillset proved essential as I led and grew a large single specialty practice in the Northeast through the COVID Pandemic. The pandemic pushed everyone into the world that I have lived throughout my career in working and managing remotely. As this style of management became mainstream and accepted, even preferred, I started getting requests to serve in a Chief Operating Officer capacity for companies nationally. I decided to use the Fractured COO Model so that I may serve practices so they would be able to obtain the expertise, skills and knowledge I have accumulated over my 30 years in the industry.

Experience and Impact

  • Advisor to Regional Physician group comprised of 40 Physicians, 15 Advanced Practice Providers operating and owning 4 free standing Outpatient Surgical Centers, Pathology Lab, Infusion Center and Research Facility

  • Brought in by a Private Equity (PE) firm to restructure and improve all revenue management operations for this global IT and revenue management company that collects over $750M in revenue providing services to over 120 client locations.

  • Healthcare System comprised of 2 Hospitals and Medical Group Patient needed oversight and organization of Financial Services, Patient Access, Vendor Management, Denial Management and Credit and Collections procuring $500M in annual revenue.

  • Developed and implemented a Perioperative Surgical Home at a major healthcare system.

  • Merged 4 prominent medical groups into one entity serving a membership of over 3 million subscribers covering the major metropolitan area.

  • Built and transitioned a Multi-Specialty and Radiology group to a large regional healthcare system.

  • Advisor to Regional Accredited Outpatient Infusion Provider with Outpatient Infusion Centers In Northeast.

  • Grew practice from 7 Providers covering 3 states with $3M in annual revenue to over 350 Providers covering 17 states generating over $90M in annual revenue.
